A tummy tuck removes excess fat and loose, sagging skin from the abdomen and, in most cases, repairs weakened or separated abdominal muscles — often after pregnancy or significant weight change. The result is a smoother, firmer abdominal profile. It complements, but is not a substitute for, diet and exercise.

Liposuction removes localized, stubborn fat deposits to create a slimmer, more proportional shape in areas such as the abdomen and waist, hips, thighs, back, arms, and under the chin. It can be performed on its own or alongside procedures like a tummy tuck. Liposuction is a contouring procedure — not a treatment for obesity or cellulite.

Ultrasound-assisted liposuction uses sound-wave energy to gently liquefy fat before removal, allowing more precise sculpting in firmer or hard-to-treat areas such as the chin, neck, and upper back. It is often used as a refinement to traditional liposuction for enhanced definition.

An arm lift reshapes the underside of the upper arm, from the underarm to the elbow, by removing excess skin and fat and tightening the underlying tissue — a common goal after significant weight loss or age-related laxity.

A thigh lift reshapes the thighs by removing excess skin and, in some cases, fat, resulting in smoother skin and better-proportioned lower-body contours.

A body lift improves the shape and tone of skin and tissue across multiple areas at once — often the abdomen, buttocks, and thighs — by removing sagging excess skin and fat left behind after major weight loss.
