A facelift is a surgical procedure to improve visible signs of aging in the face and neck. It can soften sagging skin, deepened folds between the nose and mouth, jowls along the cheeks and jawline, and loose skin or excess fat in the neck. It is frequently combined with a brow lift, eyelid surgery, or fat transfer for a comprehensive, natural-looking rejuvenation. A facelift does not stop the aging process or fundamentally change your appearance — it restores a refreshed version of you.

Eyelid surgery improves the appearance of the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both, giving a rested, alert look to the area around the eyes. It addresses loose or sagging upper-lid skin, puffiness from fatty deposits, under-eye bags, and fine lower-lid wrinkles. When drooping upper eyelids interfere with the field of vision, blepharoplasty can also restore function as well as appearance.

Rhinoplasty enhances facial harmony by refining the size, shape, and proportion of the nose. It can address a nose that is too large or wide, a bridge with humps or depressions, a bulbous or drooping tip, and asymmetry. Rhinoplasty can also correct impaired breathing caused by structural problems such as a deviated septum — improving both form and function.

A brow lift softens the horizontal creases that develop across the forehead and the vertical "frown lines" between the brows, and repositions a low or heavy brow to a more youthful, alert position. It is often paired with eyelid surgery when the upper face is being rejuvenated together.

Fat is gently harvested from one area of your body and purified, then injected to restore lost volume in the face — smoothing lines and replenishing fullness in the cheeks, temples, and lips. Because it uses your own tissue, fat grafting offers a natural feel and long-lasting refinement, and is an area of Dr. Gupta's published academic focus.

Laser resurfacing improves fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven texture across the whole face or in specific regions such as the upper lip and around the eyes. By removing aged or sun-damaged outer layers, it allows smoother, more even-toned skin to emerge, and can be tailored in intensity to your skin and downtime preferences.
